This print is part of a very limited edition run inspired by vintage 'hold-to-light' postcards. Each print has had a series of decorative holes punched through and a light-diffusing colored film placed behind, and can then be held to light and illuminated from behind to create a shimmering glow effect on the city lights. The embellishment and construction of the print and matting were done by the artist in a series of 10 total.

Each giclée print is on enhanced matte paper with archival inks, and all materials in construction are similarly light-fast and archival. The print is matted and can either be mounted with the white back board to serve as a more traditional print, or placed in a double-pane glass float frame without the back board to allow light to shine in from behind.
